Can this part of the forum be used to talk about PTQ's and PT's decks?

I'd like pro players share their opinions and deck techs with all the players to learn something more of them.

You probably want to talk about deck or draft strategies of certain PTQ Cycles in the dedicated areas of each PT.
Although there are probably better websites that will allow better grounds for discussions about those ideas...
